The family loves Alfredo. Tonight we decided to make our own. The store bought stuff just doesn’t compare. When you make your own you can adjust it to fit your taste. If you look a the picture above you will see that in tonight’s version there doesn’t seem to be much sauce but it does have all the flavor. When we made this version ofTortellini Alfredo we decided to double all the ham and vegetables.
